Deliveries are scheduled between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm on working days, excluding national holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse.
In the email you will find the tracking code of the courier service selected by Cinturificio LBN srl: TNT for Italy and FEDEX for all other destinations. The tracking code, which will allow you to track your shipment, is activated 12 hours after receiving the email.

As for TNT - valid only for shipments to Italy - you can choose between three different shipping methods:
• Standard shipping is free. Guarantees delivery of the item within 1-5 working days from the Shipping Confirmation.
• Shipment with Delivery at 10 am guarantees the delivery of the item within 10.00 am of the next day, for orders received by 12.00 am at a cost of 10 €
• Shipment with Delivery at 12 o'clock guarantees delivery of the item by 12.00 am of the following day, for orders received before 12.00 am at a cost of € 5

As for FEDEX, it is possible to choose between two different shipping methods:
• International Economy shipping, free
• International Priority delivery which guarantees delivery within 2-4 working days from the Shipping Confirmation. Valid for Shipments in the USA, Canada, Europe, Latin America, Asia, Middle East, India, Africa and Oceania, based on the shipping address and the destination country of the Customer.
The cost of shipping is calculated in Checkout and varies from destination to destination.

In order to protect your purchase, we cannot send orders to post office boxes or post-office addresses. Provide a shipping address where delivery can be guaranteed and a person will be present to sign the order.

We do not ship to multiple addresses of a single order executed online. Execute individual orders for each address.

We carry out our deliveries by TNT for Italy and FEDEX for all other destinations. Deliveries are made during working days from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Shipping companies do not deliver during national holidays.
