Cinturifico LBN srl a company registered in Italy (registered in the register of companies with the number NA 710387, having its registered office at Via Torino 26, 80040 Volla (NA), Italy ("Cinturifico LBN srl"), offers for sale products of the collections marked by Cinturifico LBN brand directly to its customers through this website www.cinturificiolbn.it (the "Site"). The sale of Products on the Site is subject to the following terms and conditions of sale (the "Terms of Sale").


2.1. The Products on the Site are offered for sale only to consumer customers ("Customer (s)" or "You"), the term Customer means any natural person who makes purchases for purposes unrelated to commercial, business, craft or professional. The purchase of the Products on the Site is permitted only to persons of legal age, above 18 years of age or other older age. Products offered for sale on the Site can be purchased and shipped only in the countries indicated in the list at the top left of any page of the site. Prices and commercial terms may vary from country to country.

2.2. Before confirming and sending a purchase order, the Customer must carefully read these Conditions of Sale and accept them. These Conditions of Sale govern, together with the Privacy Policy, the contract between the Customer and Cinturificio LBN srl regarding the sale of Products on the Site.

2.3. By sending the purchase order, the Customer accepts and agrees to comply with these Conditions of Sale. If the Customer does not accept any of the conditions indicated in the Conditions of Sale, he must not send a purchase order for the Products on the Site.


3.1. To purchase one or more Products, the Customer must select the Products of his interest, color and size. The Products selected for purchase will be added to the Shopping Cart. To be able to keep the items in the Shopping Cart in order to allow the purchase to continue at a later time, the Customer must first create an online account and access that account at the time of purchase. It is possible to purchase without an online account / without registration, but all items included in the Shopping Cart will be deleted if the purchase procedure is not completed in the session and in this case the Customer will be required to start a new purchase procedure when he returns to the Site in a moment later.

3.2. The Customer has the possibility to modify any information entered by the same during the purchase procedure until the moment in which he confirms his order. Once the order is sent it is no longer possible for the Customer to modify or cancel the order.

3.3. The sales procedure will be deemed concluded only when the customer sends the purchase order to Cinturificio LBN srl by clicking on the "Send order" button at the end of the purchase confirmation page. To send the order, the Customer is required to provide his personal data, including the name, address, email address and payment details. Furthermore, it will be necessary to tick the relevant box in order to confirm that you have accepted these Conditions of Sale. Before sending the order, the Customer is advised to carefully review the summary of his order, including the details of the Products, the details of the shipping costs, the conditions required to exercise his right of withdrawal (the "Information on the right of withdrawal ”, see point 7 below), the information on the legal guarantee and the Privacy Policy.

3.4. Following the sending of the order, Cinturificio LBN srl will send the customer an email to confirm receipt of the order by Cinturificio LBN srl and its processing (the "Order Confirmation"). Customers will be able to access their orders at any time from the "My Account" section on the Site, if they have registered to have the "My Account" feature on the Site, or by contacting Customer Service at info@cinturificiolbn.it

Please note that the Order Confirmation does not constitute acceptance by Cinturificio LBN srl of the Customer's order. Cinturificio LBN srl will accept the order and charge the sums due on the Customer's payment card only when the Products are shipped. For payments by bank transfer as soon as we receive payment from the customer, the customer's order will be processed. The customer has 5 days to pay by bank transfer, otherwise Cinturificio LBN srl will proceed with the cancellation of the order. At this point Cinturificio LBN srl will send the customer an additional confirmation email stating that the order has been accepted and is in progress. In the case of payment by bank transfer the email will contain instructions for the bank transfer. Once the products have been shipped (the "Shipping Confirmation"). The order invoice will be available in the customer area under "orders".

3.5. Cinturificio LBN srl reserves the right not to accept orders placed by the Customer if it considers that they do not meet the requirements for sending a purchase order or those made by subjects with whom a legal dispute is in progress relating to an order previous or for any other legitimate reason, without giving reasons. Cinturificio LBN srl reserves the right not to accept or process orders that appear to have been presented by merchants and / or distributors.
3.4. Following the sending of the order, Cinturificio LBN srl will send the customer an email to confirm receipt of the order by Cinturificio LBN srl and its processing (the "Order Confirmation"). Customers will be able to access their orders at any time from the "My Account" section on the Site, if they have registered to have the "My Account" feature on the Site, or by contacting Customer Service at info@cinturificiolbn.it

3.6. For each Product offered for sale on the Site, an image of the Product will be displayed, along with the unit price, available colors and sizes. The images of the Products are provided purely and exclusively for illustrative purposes. The images and colors of the Products offered for sale on the Site may not correspond to the real ones due to the browser and / or monitor used or for other reasons of a technical nature. Cinturificio LBN srl is not responsible for any inadequacy of the graphic representations of Products shown on the Site due to the aforementioned technical reasons.


4.1. Cinturificio LBN srl undertakes to guarantee the availability of all the Products offered on the Site, however, in exceptional cases, it may be possible that the Products sold by Cinturificio LBN sr on the Site are not actually available. Cinturificio LBN srl invites the Customer to check the availability of the Products offered for sale on the Site at the time of purchase.

4.2. If the Products ordered by the Customer are temporarily unavailable, with the exception of pre-orders and orders for reduced availability Products whose availability date is clearly indicated, Cinturificio LBN srl will inform the Customer via email within the next working day with respect to the sending the order. If the Products are not available, the Customer's payment card will not be charged. If the purchase amount has already been debited, a refund will be made within 14 (fourteen) days on the payment card used to send the order. Furthermore, it will be necessary to wait for the specific banking time to have visibility of the crediting, depending on the conditions of the reference credit institution. Cinturificio LBN srl has no power to intervene on the timing of re-credit which is at the discretion of the reference bank. For payment by bank transfer, if the Customer has already made the payment we will return the purchase amount to the same bank account. In the event that the Customer has not yet made the bank transfer, the order will be canceled.

5.1. The prices of the products available for sale on the site are expressed in EUR (€) for sales in the European Union, in Swiss francs (CHF) for sales in Switzerland, in GBP (₤) for sales in the UK and in USD ($) for US sales.

5.2. All the prices of the Products to be delivered will be inclusive of VAT if they are delivered in the United Kingdom or in the European Union, they will be without VAT and duties if delivered in the USA and Switzerland, except as otherwise indicated during the purchase process, but do not include shipping costs which will be charged separately. Shipping costs depend on the destination and the type of delivery selected during the purchase procedure. The shipping costs and will be detailed on the payment page, in the Order Confirmation. Any duties and all the various customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to the courier upon delivery.

5.3. Cinturificio LBN srl accepts payments via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay, Bank Transfer and PayPal for European countries.

5.4. For payments by credit card and PayPal, the purchased Products will be sent to the Customer only after the verification of the data related to the payment card of the Customer by Braintree and only after having received the authorization to debit by the bank of the Customer. The verification of the data related to the payment card is usually instantaneous, but in some cases it can involve delays, but it will be reduced to a minimum and normally does not require more than 24 hours; however, greater times could arise. The amount will be charged to the Customer's card only when the Products are shipped. If payment by bank transfer has been selected, the customer will receive an email with all the details and will have up to a maximum of 5 days to proceed with the payment. Otherwise the order will be canceled. Once the payment is received, the order will be processed.

5.5. All Products are supplied with an identification tag containing an identification number which is an integral part of the Product in question. The Customer must not remove the identification tag and the relative identification number from the Product until it has verified that the Product corresponds to the requested order or until it decides not to exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in point 7 below.


6.1. The Products will be sent to the address provided during the purchase process. For security reasons, Cinturificio LBN srl does not send any order to post office boxes or accept any order where it is impossible to verify the identity of the recipient of the order and the address of the natural person.

6.2. All purchases will be delivered by the courier service selected by Cinturificio LBN. TNT for Italy and FEDEX (the "Courier") for all other destinations, unless otherwise indicated for specific countries, from Monday to Friday, excluding local or national holidays. Saturday deliveries may be available if offered by the Courier.

6.3. The Products will be delivered within 2-4 working days from the Shipping Confirmation, for shipments to the Italian territory, 3-5 days from the Shipping Confirmation for shipments to USA, Canada, Europe, Latin America, Asia, Middle East, India, Africa and Oceania, if standard shipping was chosen, based on the shipping address and the destination country of the Customer, as well as on the shipping method chosen by the Customer at the time of purchase. For more information on delivery times and methods, visit the Shipping page Cinturificio LBN will not be responsible for unexpected delays and / or imputable exclusively to the Courier. Before sending the Customer's purchases, Cinturificio LBN may need to confirm the Customer's details with the card issuer. Cinturificio LBN undertakes to do its best to reduce delays to a minimum, considering that these operations normally take no more than 24 hours.

6.4. In the event that the Customer does not receive the Products within 7-10 (seven to ten) working days from receipt of the Shipping Confirmation, the Customer is advised to contact Cinturificio LBN at the number +39 081.7732570. The customer can also send an email to info@cinturificiolbn.it

7.1. Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract concluded with Cinturificio LBN srl, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Products purchased on the Site. With the exercise of the right of withdrawal to Customers not it is allowed to change the Product purchased with another Product.

7.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, Customers are required to notify Cinturificio LBN srl of the intention to withdraw from the contract to info@cinturificiolbn.it

The Customer must return the Products in the original condition "as new" to the Returned Center of Cinturificio LBN (indicated below in point 7.8). All Products purchased online must be returned to the Cinturificio LBN Return Center. Returns sent to our stores will not be accepted.

7.3. The reimbursement will be paid to the Customer on condition that the Products have not been used, washed and are in the same condition in which they were delivered, with the original labels attached, complete with all the parts and accessories and the original packaging. If the Customer exercises his right of return for all the Products included in the same purchase order, all the Products must be returned at the same time with the same shipment.

7.4. Cinturificio LBN srl reserves the right to check the returned Products and refuse the return of the Products that it does not consider to be compliant with the requirements indicated in point 7.3 above.

7.5. A full refund will be paid on the payment card used or the current account used for the purchase as soon as possible. In any case, Cinturificio LBN srl will refund the amount as soon as the Customer has shown that he has returned the Product. In the event that the Customer has expressly requested a more expensive type of delivery and different from the less expensive delivery method generally used proposed by Cinturificio LBN srl, Cinturificio LBN srl will be obliged to reimburse the delivery costs only up to the amount that the Customer would have paid if the Customer himself had accepted the delivery method proposed by Cinturificio LBN less expensive and generally accepted.

7.6. If the returned Products have been purchased to make a gift, the refund will be paid to the person who made the payment. The repayment date will be the same as the initial payment to Cinturificio LBN srl. Therefore, the party who made the payment will not suffer any damage in terms of bank interest.

7.7. To return the Products to Cinturificio LBN srl, Customers must use the online return form found in their personal area and at the bottom of the page throughout the site. Through the online returns form, select the order to be returned and start the procedure. Indicating the object, the quantity, the motivation, the condition of the object to be returned, the reason for the return, any comments and if the object has arrived damaged, an image of the product or damage. Once the request has been sent, within the next 48 working hours, the Customer is contacted by our customer care who will proceed to start the return procedure by sending the return label to the customer. The customer having received the label must print it and apply it on the external package. Furthermore, the Customer must check the presence of the commercial documents accompanying the Products inside the package and obtain a copy of the receipt for the return of the Products duly signed by the Courier, keeping it proof of return. If the Courier is used to return the Products, all shipping costs, including the costs for returning the Products to Cinturificio LBN srl, will be borne by Cinturificio LBN srl.

7.8. Cinturificio LBN srl recommends that the Customer keep the shipping receipt and the relative number with care. In this case, the costs for returning the Products will be charged to the Customer and Cinturificio LBN srl will not be responsible for reimbursing the price of the Products sent by the Customer that have not been received by Cinturificio LBN srl as a result of loss, theft or damage not attributable to Cinturificio LBN srl.

8.1. Cinturificio LBN srl reserves the right to modify or correct these Conditions of Sale, the Privacy Policy, the Information on the Right of Withdrawal, the Products offered for sale on the Site and the prices of the Products, at any time and without notice to the Customer. Cinturificio LBN srl invites the Customer to carefully check the Conditions of Sale and the Privacy Policy every time he uses the Site to make a purchase.

8.2. Cinturificio LBN srl will do its best to ensure that the prices and other information on the Products displayed on the Site are accurate and up to date. However, there may occasionally be printing errors, erroneous statements or omissions ("Errors") relating to the description, price, promotions, offers and availability of the Products in question. Cinturificio LBN srl reserves the right, at any time and without notice to the Customer, to correct the Errors, to modify or update the information, to revoke the offers containing these Errors and to cancel any order at any time before shipment.

8.3. If the Customer's payment card is debited for an order canceled in accordance with point 8.2, the Customer will be informed immediately by email from Cinturificio LBN srl (in any case not later than 48 hours from the cancellation of the order) and a refund will be paid to the Customer's payment card within 14 (fourteen) days of canceling the order (the same will be done for payment by Bank Transfer).

8.4. All the modifications and / or corrections indicated above will apply only to purchase orders sent after the date of the modification or correction implemented by Cinturificio LBN srl.

9.1. The Customer must verify the Products at the time of delivery to ensure that they correspond to those ordered.

9.2. Any anomaly identified at the time of delivery, including, by way of example, tampering or damage to the packaging, damage to the Products, missing items, non-conforming Products, defective Products, etc. ("Defects"), may be indicated by the Customer directly to the Courier by entering a written and signed comment on the delivery notice provided by the Courier. In such circumstances the Customer will not be required to accept the Products and may return them directly to the Courier.

9.3. If any Defects are detected after delivery, the Customer has the right to return the Products to Cinturificio LBN srl. following the procedure indicated in point 10 below.


10.1. The Products of Cinturificio LBN srl offered for sale are covered by a legal guarantee of 24 months starting from the date on which the Customer receives the Products ("Legal guarantee period"). The Legal Warranty Period covers any defect and non-conformity of the Products. Without prejudice to any other remedy under the applicable legislation if, during the period of the legal guarantee, it is discovered that a Product delivered to the Customer is defective or not in conformity with the Product ordered ("Defective Product"), the Customer has the right to return the defective Product to Cinturificio LBN srl. Cinturificio LBN srl may decide to replace the defective Product with a new one.

10.2. The return of defective Products must be made in the following manner:
(a) Customers will be required to inform Cinturificio LBN srl of any defect or non-conformity of the Products purchased within the period of the legal guarantee by writing to the following email address: info@cinturificiolbn.it. The email must include Product details and a description of the defect.
(b) Cinturificio LBN srl will take care of organizing with the Courier the delivery of any Products granted as replacement. Shipping costs, product insurance costs will be borne by Cinturificio LBN srl.

10.3. If the Customer chooses not to use the Courier, Cinturificio LBN srl will not be responsible for any loss of the Product. Defective Products must be returned to the following address:

10.4. Cinturificio LBN srl reserves the right to inspect the returned Products to verify the existence of the defect or the non-conformity and may return the Products to the Customer if it deems that there is no defect or non-conformity.

It is not possible to request a repair on the Site for the Products purchased at the points of sale or other stores that offer the Products for sale and on the contrary ( it is not possible to request repairs at the shops or boutiques for the Products purchased on the Site).


12.1. The Products offered for sale on the Site are provided "based on availability". Without prejudice to the legal guarantee referred to in paragraph 10.1 above, Cinturificio LBN srl does not issue any guarantee, condition, commitment or term, express or implicit, according to contract or otherwise, regarding the condition, performance, satisfactory quality or suitability to a purpose of the Products that goes beyond the Product description included in the purchase order, and all the aforementioned guarantees, conditions, commitments and terms of this nature are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12.2. Under no circumstances will Cinturificio LBN srl be liable for damages of any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, which may be caused to the Customer and deriving directly or indirectly:
1. from the use or inability to use the Site by the Customer;
2. from the trust placed by the Customer in the information contained in the Site; or
3. from errors, service interruptions, cancellations, damage or corruption of files and emails, software errors, viruses or defects, delays in operation or transmission, lack of communication, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to data, programs or services of Cinturificio LBN srl.

12.3. Without prejudice to points 12.1 and 12.2, nothing in these Conditions of Sale will exclude or limit the liability of Cinturificio LBN srl towards the Customer for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, violation of the terms pursuant to the applicable protection legislation of consumers or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited according to the applicable regulations.

13.1. These Conditions of Sale are governed in all respects by Italian law. For any dispute concerning the interpretation, execution and these Conditions of Sale, the Court of the place will be competent where the Customer, as a consumer, has his own residence.

13.2. If any of the provisions contained in these Conditions of Sale is considered invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason, this provision will be deemed separate and will not affect the validity and applicability of the other provisions.

14.1. If the Customer intends to present a complaint or needs information or assistance regarding the Site or the purchase procedure, he can contact the customer service at info@cinturificiolbn.it.
